As the smallest sibling in the Neat Board range, Neat Board 32 is designed for huddle spaces, phone booths and small meeting rooms. Fully certified for Google Meet Hardware, Neat Board 32 can be used as a meeting device, a whiteboarding device and an extension of your desktop setup.
Neat Board 32 features a 32-inch 4K touch display that’s protected with anti-glare and anti-fingerprint coatings. When deployed as Google Meet Hardware, it integrates natively with third-party whiteboarding platforms FigJam, Lucidspark and Miro to create a natural, collaborative experience. Need to join a meeting on a platform not supported by Google Meet Hardware? The addition of BYOD mode means that you can quickly connect and launch your meetings directly from your own device using a single USB-C cable.
💡 Google Meet Hardware on Android-based devices such as Neat Board 32 support native interoperability with Zoom and Webex. Microsoft Teams is coming later; or deploy Pexip to get Teams interop immediately without any extra hardware. With the USB-C cable, Neat Board 32 becomes an extension of your laptop – letting you join a call on any platform, including Teams, with the applications on your laptop.
Audio and video

By pairing a 32-inch screen with a wide 140° horizontal field of view camera and beamforming microphones, Neat Board 32 lets participants get in close without getting excluded from the meeting. Participants can see and be seen with confidence, fostering an equitable meeting environment whilst maximizing the space available.
Neat Board 32 includes support for two Neat framing modes: adaptive group framing and dynamic individual framing.
Flexible setup
The included table stand makes it easy to get set up quickly. To tailor it to your space, use the optional wall mount, adaptive table stand or adaptive table clamp instead. The adaptive mounts offer enhanced flexibility with adjustable tilt, height and swivel.
Expandable capabilities
Looking for more? Connect and add other devices to enhance your meeting experience, including:
- Neat Active Marker, a pressure-sensitive pen to make visual collaboration easier. Use it to sketch, annotate or collaborate on digital whiteboards in real-time
- Neat Pad, which can be used as either a meeting room touch controller or scheduling display* with various mounting options – or simply lay it flat on the table
*Google Meet Hardware does not have a native scheduling application for room booking panels. Neat Pad supports third-party platforms that integrate with Google Calendar such as Comeen and Robin. Contact us for more details.
Remote management, faster resolutions
Neat Pulse is the free platform for managing your estate of Neat devices, even taking control of devices remotely and being able to interact with them from your web browser. With a paid plan, you get access to priority support backed by SLAs, advanced troubleshooting, API access and even extended warranty and next-day hardware replacements (where available).
